šŸ“ƒ Membership Terms & Conditions

The Jobsite Ledger
Last Updated: June 5, 2025

By enrolling in The Jobsite Ledger (the ā€œProgramā€), you (the ā€œMemberā€) agree to the following membership terms, scheduling policies, and conduct expectations. These terms apply to all subscribers, regardless of tier, and are enforced to protect your experience and the value of the membership for all users.

šŸ“Œ Program Ownership

The Jobsite Ledger is an educational membership created and operated by Pittroeā„¢ Business Services.

  • ā€œThe Jobsite Ledgerā€ is a working title and not yet a registered trademark

  • Membership is hosted on a private portal powered by Go High Level (GHL)

  • Breakout sessions are scheduled using a GHL-based calendar link

  • All member content, lesson materials, and resources are protected under copyright

🧩 1. Purpose & Eligibility

This membership is designed to support actively involved business owners—not passive investors, back-office staff, or companies who have fully outsourced their books.

You are expected to be:

  • Participating in your bookkeeping process

  • Reviewing your numbers at least monthly

  • Implementing recommendations discussed in sessions or breakout calls

If you hire another bookkeeper or firm to take over your books, you may be asked to exit the membership or upgrade to a DFY or CFO engagement.

    • You don’t have to stay for the full session (on either end) but must log on at least 5 minutes early for your scheduled breakout session in case the person before you finishes early.

šŸ“† 4. Breakout Scheduling Policy

Breakouts are scheduled via GHL calendar link. You may book 30 minutes –21 days in advance.

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 30 minutes before your slot (via calendar or message)

  • If you can’t join the session, prior to your breakout scheduled session, please plan to arrive at least five minutes before check-in in case the previous person finishes early.

  • Repeat no-shows will lose access to future breakouts

  • Vault and session access begins only after your first payment clears

  • Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 5 calendar days

  • Missed sessions or unused resources do not qualify for refunds

  • Missed breakouts do not roll over to the next quarter/month

  • If you upgrade to a Done-For-You engagement, any unused portion of your annual plan may be applied as a credit toward your DFY invoice. Credit applies only if the upgrade occurs within the same calendar quarter.

šŸ” 8. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Transitions

🧱 Upgrading to Done-For-You (DFY) or Project-Based Engagements

If you decide to engage Pittroeā„¢ Business Services for DFY services or a 3-month revamp project, your membership will be canceled. The membership and DFY engagements are separate service models with different scopes and deliverables.

Annual Plan Policy for DFY Upgrades:
If you’ve prepaid for a full year of membership:

  • We will calculate your used time:
(Annual Rate Ć· 12) Ɨ Number of Months Used = Value Consumed

  • The remaining balance will be credited toward your first DFY invoice

  • This credit only applies if you upgrade within the same calendar quarter as your membership start or renewal

Why?
This ensures fairness in billing and prevents double-dipping on lower-cost access while transitioning to higher-tier services.

You may downgrade at any time, but please note the following:

  • All features tied to your higher tier will be removed immediately, including breakout session priority and extra strategy calls.

  • If you already used your breakout for the month (or quarter) under the higher tier, you are not entitled to an additional one in the new tier.

  • The Foreman Tier is capped and managed via a waiting list. If you leave this tier, re-entry is not guaranteed.

šŸ’¬ If your downgrade is for reasons other than budget, please reach out. We may be able to offer a different support plan or alternative that better fits your needs.
