Is this for me?

What if I miss a session?

You’ll get the replay of the lesson and Q&A. Breakouts aren’t recorded for privacy—but Otter.AI will capture notes.

Can I get more 1:1 help?

Yep. Power Sessions are available if you need more time. Details in your onboarding.

Is this different from the Strategy Session as listed elsewhere on site?

Yes—The Jobsite Ledger is our membership for contractors doing their own books.

The Strategy Session is designed for one-on-one business consulting and done-for-you services or to see what is your best fit.

You’re welcome to do either one or the other, but not both at the same time.

When can I schedule my annual strategy call?

After you’ve been a Foreman member for 3 months. That gives us enough time to make your call high-impact and specific to your business, not just generic advice.

Do I need QuickBooks?

If you use Jobber or ServiceTitan or another tool—that’s great for invoicing and customer acquisition.

But you still need a tool for tracking expenses and the other aspects of money. QuickBooks gives you both, and scales with you as you grow.

If you need QuickBooks setup, book a strategy call first, and we can walk you through what that entails and what you currently need.

Why is Pittroe the only accounting firm allowed on file?

As part of your membership agreement, Pittroe Business Services LLC must be the only accounting firm listed on your QuickBooks account. This is intentional — and here’s why:

When we’re troubleshooting during a session, having direct visibility into your books lets us identify issues faster and more accurately. Instead of walking you through steps blindly, we can zero in, document what needs follow-up, and help you get answers — not headaches.
Protecting the Integrity of the Program
This membership is built for owners managing their own books or getting occasional help from someone in the office — not for those already working with another bookkeeper or accountant. Keeping Pittroe as the sole advisor ensures the tools and coaching stay aligned with how the program was designed to work.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch to annual anytime in your subscription page in your account.

How do I cancel?

Easy. Cancel anytime from your account. No refunds from purchases already made.
