Can I get more 1:1 help?
Yep. Power Sessions are available if you need more time. Details in your onboarding.
Will I get access to the lessons after the 90-Day Reset ends?
Yes — and here’s how it works:
You’ll get lifetime access to the lessons and tools from your 90-Day Reset. These are yours to keep and revisit as your business grows.
During the reset, you’ll also get full access to The Tool Shed — our resource library that powers the evergreen version of The Jobsite Ledger. This includes bonus trainings, templates, and live replays.
Tool Shed access will expire 30 days after your reset ends, so you’ll have time to catch up or review anything you missed — but the core system stays with you for the long haul.
Is this different from the Strategy Session as listed elsewhere on site?
Yes—The Jobsite Ledger is our membership for contractors doing their own books.
The Strategy Session is designed for one-on-one business consulting and done-for-you services or to see what is your best fit.
You’re welcome to do either one or the other, but not both at the same time.
Do I need QuickBooks?
If you use Jobber or ServiceTitan or another tool—that’s great for invoicing and customer acquisition.
But you still need a tool for tracking expenses and the other aspects of money. QuickBooks gives you both, and scales with you as you grow.
If you need QuickBooks setup, book a strategy call first, and we can walk you through what that entails and what you currently need.
Why is Pittroe the only accounting firm allowed on file?
As part of your membership agreement, Pittroe Business Services LLC must be the only accounting firm listed on your QuickBooks account. This is intentional — and here’s why:

Instead of walking you through steps blindly, we can zero in, document what needs follow-up, and help you get answers — not headaches.Protecting the Integrity of the Program
This membership is built for owners managing their own books or getting occasional help from someone in the office — not for those already working with another bookkeeper or accountant. Keeping Pittroe as the sole advisor ensures the tools and coaching stay aligned with how the program was designed to work.
