The Jobsite Ledger

By enrolling in The Jobsite Ledger (the āProgramā), you (the āMemberā) agree to the following membership terms, scheduling policies, and conduct expectations. These terms apply to all subscribers, regardless of tier, and are enforced to protect your experience and the value of the membership for all users.
š Program Ownership
The Jobsite Ledger is an educational membership created and operated by Pittroe⢠Business Services.
āThe Jobsite Ledgerā is a working title and not yet a registered trademark
Membership is hosted on a private portal powered by Go High Level (GHL)
Breakout sessions are scheduled using a GHL-based calendar link
All member content, lesson materials, and resources are protected under copyright
š§© 1. Purpose & Eligibility
This membership is designed to support actively involved business ownersānot passive investors, back-office staff, or companies who have fully outsourced their books.
You are expected to be:
Participating in your bookkeeping process
Reviewing your numbers at least monthly
Implementing recommendations discussed in sessions or breakout calls
If you hire another bookkeeper or firm to take over your books, you may be asked to exit the membership or upgrade to a DFY or CFO engagement.

Note: Foreman members will receive priority placement in overflow sessions when available.
š 3. Weekly Structure
Each Thursday at 4:30 PM ET, we run āBooks & Breakouts.ā These 90-minute sessions include:
10-Minute Quick Fix Lesson
Fast, practical tips on software, systems, or profitability20-Minute Live Q&A
First priority to lesson topics, then open for general questions60-Minute Co-Working & Breakouts
The assistant leads the co-working Zoom room
Stephanie (your CFO) handles private breakout calls
You don’t have to stay for the full session (on either end) but must log on at least 5 minutes early for your scheduled breakout session in case the person before you finishes early.
š 4. Breakout Scheduling Policy
Breakouts are scheduled via GHL calendar link. You may book 30 minutesĀ ā21 days in advance.
You may cancel or reschedule up to 30 minutes before your slot (via calendar or message)
No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit their spot
- If you can’t join the session, prior to your breakout scheduled session, please plan to arrive at least five minutes before check-in in case the previous person finishes early.
Repeat no-shows will lose access to future breakouts
- Foreman Tier: 1 per month (priority access)
Builder Tier: 1 per quarter (non-rollover). These windows are:
- Q1: Jan 1 – Mar 31
- Q2: Apr 1 – Jun 30
- Q3: July 1 – Sept 30
- Q4: Oct 1 – Dec 3
End of November through December, due to holiday breaks, we will expand session windows to accommodate all booked breakouts.Ā
š¾ 5. Vault Access & Materials
Weekly lesson resources are released on Mondays
Replays and slide decks are uploaded by Friday morning
Vault content is licensed to Pittroe⢠Business Services and is for personal business use only
š« Do Not:
Share vault logins, Zoom links, or content downloads
Invite non-members into WhatsApp or sessions
Forward breakout calendar links to anyone
Violations will result in immediate removal and no refund.
š¬ 6. WhatsApp Group Terms
Channels include general support, off-topic, and system-specific threads
You agree to keep all discussions confidential and internal
No screenshots, reposts, or private sharing allowed
Admins may remove members who are disruptive or violate privacy
šø 7. Payment & Refunds
You are billed monthly on the day you signed up (e.g., the 23rd)
Vault and session access begins only after your first payment clears
Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 5 calendar days
Missed sessions or unused resources do not qualify for refunds
Missed breakouts do not roll over to the next quarter/month
- If you upgrade to a Done-For-You engagement, any unused portion of your annual plan may be applied as a credit toward your DFY invoice. Credit applies only if the upgrade occurs within the same calendar quarter.
š 8. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Transitions
š§± Upgrading to Done-For-You (DFY) or Project-Based Engagements
If you decide to engage Pittroe⢠Business Services for DFY services or a 3-month revamp project, your membership will be canceled. The membership and DFY engagements are separate service models with different scopes and deliverables.
Annual Plan Policy for DFY Upgrades:
If youāve prepaid for a full year of membership:
We will calculate your used time:
(Annual Rate Ć· 12) Ć Number of Months Used = Value Consumed
The remaining balance will be credited toward your first DFY invoice
This credit only applies if you upgrade within the same calendar quarter as your membership start or renewal
Why?
This ensures fairness in billing and prevents double-dipping on lower-cost access while transitioning to higher-tier services.

š§° Downgrading Membership Tiers (e.g., Foreman ā Builder)
You may downgrade at any time, but please note the following:
All features tied to your higher tier will be removed immediately, including breakout session priority and extra strategy calls.
If you already used your breakout for the month (or quarter) under the higher tier, you are not entitled to an additional one in the new tier.
The Foreman Tier is capped and managed via a waiting list. If you leave this tier, re-entry is not guaranteed.
š¬ If your downgrade is for reasons other than budget, please reach out. We may be able to offer a different support plan or alternative that better fits your needs.
š 9. Free Co-Working Pass (Trial Access) -
Only Available After Founders Period has been established
Each free pass includes:
One live session (lesson + Q&A + co-working)
Access to recap email and resources discussed
It does NOT include:
Vault access
Breakout access
WhatsApp invite
ā ļø 10. Misuse, Emergencies & Grace
Members who habitually abuse calendar bookings may be removed
Emergency reschedules are allowed with 30-minute notice
Vault access ends the day your payment fails or subscription is cancelled
No exceptions for refund windows unless legally required
- You acknowledge that moving between membership tiers or upgrading to full-service CFO engagements may impact access and eligibility for features, including but not limited to breakout sessions, priority scheduling, and member pricing.
